Normally the heart beat rises when you breathe in, for children it will be more due to inspirations. Sinus Arrhythmia can be defined as the fast movement of the heart.

It may be caused due to exercise, pain, exertion, excitement, etc. It can also be caused to the stimulation of caffeine. To put it in simple words, arrhythmia is defined as the lack of normal sinus rhythm.

This should be treated as soon as possible because it may lead to fatal injuries. Normally it is seen in people with heart diseases, but even a person without any heart problems can also have this disease.

If it is found in a person who already has a heart problem then he may die due to his heart problem instead of this disease.

Most importantly, don’t get confused with sinus arrhythmia over sinus bradycardia. This disease affects the nervous system activation by damaging the vagus nerve which takes care of the heart beat control.

It can get worse as the person ages. If you are affected with disease, it is best to consult a doctor as soon as possible to avoid any fatal damage to your heart.
