How Exercise Effects Your Hair – Hair Loss Treatment 10 Minutes Method

It is important to have a proper treatment to avoid hair loss as it can lead to baldness to occur. It is true that the hair growth is related to blood regulation.

There are some exercises to improve your blood circulation and hence enhance the hair growth. It is advised to consult your doctor before following these exercises.

Make your fingers on both the hand touches by the nail and rub the nails for 5 minutes. Do this thrice a day which helps to avoid graying and improves hair growth.
